Charlotte WebPROS follows a 5 phase project lifecycle which includes:
Client Discovery, Project Assessment, Design and Prototyping, Development, Implementation.

Client Discovery: |
We visit your business, meet with you and your staff, discuss
your current situation, website marketing goals, timeline requirements and
budget restrictions. We get to know you and your business first. |

Project Assessment: |
Your designated Charlotte WebPROS architect will document the entire project
including all technology components, costs breakdown, resource requirements,
and external radar factors to make sure we fully understand the entire website
project. The written Project Design Estimate is presented to you for review and approval. |

| Phase 3 |
Design and Prototyping: |
Your designated Charlotte WebPROS architect will work with a certified website
designer to create a professional look and feel for your new website. All
work in this phase must be approved before the next phase can begin. |

| Phase 4 |
Development: |
A team of Charlotte WebPROS architects and programmers will complete your new website. Each page is created using industry standard website design techniques so you can
be sure you have a site that meets all the industry requirements. |

| Phase 5 |
Implementation: |
After a thorough review and QA testing period, your website is launched to the
public. Your designated Charlotte WebPROS architect will be at your side
to answer any questions and maintain your website with the dedicated support
you need. |
